Nice Guide to reflect upon

This was a nice guide to reflect on, about how you can incorporate Jesuit values in a day to day life. I felt it to be comprehensive (and maybe a little too technical at times). So, the only reason I give it 4 out of 5 is that I feel like I will have to return to it to follow the examen and prayer instructions. But it was really nice, and I imagine myself actually returning to it to follow the examen and his tips for it.
